We live in a time of complex and interconnected global challenges, where tackling inequality, injustice and climate change will be critical over the coming years.

Amazing work around the globe, led by people who are standing up for a better world, is what inspired Barbara van Paassen, Atlantic Fellow for Social and Economic Equity at LSE, to create The People vs Inequality podcast as a space to reflect and learn how to fight inequality. Learn more about why she developed the podcast, what she hopes to achieve and what she has learnt so far:

The Atlantic Fellows for Social and Economic Equity programme is an innovative, fully-funded fellowship for mid-career social change leaders who are working to challenge inequality. Based at the LSE International Inequalities Institute, it is a 20-year programme that commenced in 2017, funded by a £64m gift from Atlantic Philanthropies, LSE’s largest ever philanthropic donation.
